Is it time to up your choux game? Join award-winning, world champion pastry chef En-Ming Hsu and learn how to create sleek versions of classic choux pastries. You’ll learn the techniques needed to produce top quality pastry while making applications that include Apple Vanilla Puffs, Praline Paris Brest, Fresh Berry Eclairs, and Chocolate Salambos. Saturday lunch included.
