Expand your repertoire with this comprehensive French Cakes class with world champion pastry chef, En-Ming Hsu. Creations from complex composed Entremets to individual Petits Gateaux and the all-time favorite Gateaux de Voyage. Recipes include colorful Operette slices, the World Pastry Cup gold medal winning Chocolate Caramel Cake of Team USA, and Cherry Vanilla Entremet. Lunch included daily.
